Goal
For the Freshmoe , the goal was to revamp the branding of their website to better reflect their commitment to delivering high-quality fresh fruits and vegetables. The existing website needed some restructuring content information and a visual boost to take it to the next level.
Redesign
Process
I initially interacted with the Freshmoe client to understand their objectives and ensure a balance between business goals and user satisfaction. We focused on making sure the new design meets their objectives and identified their target users as families and health-conscious individuals who appreciate fresh, premium products. We discussed creating a brand voice that is friendly, trustworthy, and engaging, reflecting Freshmoe's dedication to quality and customer satisfaction. Key points included maintaining consistent visuals, clear and informative content, and easy navigation.
Then I made a content audit. Walk through the site, classify content, and determine what can be reused or needs to be created. From there, I came up with the following sitemap.
Homepage
It serves as an intro to all the valuable services by Freshmoe. A good landing page should be able to answer any initial questions the user might have. I changed the hamburger menus to main top navigation menus for the product’s target old user for easy access to various sections because the current design were hidden the important links within the hamburger menus.
After that, I changed the typography to something I thought better suited the brand's tone. I used the visuals of joyful, healthy people who would appeal to the consumers' emotions and to clarify how Freshmoe wants their customers to feel when choosing their products. I also strategically positioned call-to-action buttons to increase user engagement.
