Goal
Our goal was to transform traditional warehouse management to an advanced, efficient system. We aimed to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and scalability in inventory and logistics management.
Research
We conducted requirement-gathering sessions to gather and analyze the needs and expectations of Kee Song and its warehouse operations. Engaged stakeholders from Kee Song, including warehouse managers, employees, and other relevant personnel, to understand their specific requirements and pain points. This allowed us to identify critical areas for improvement and prioritize the development of a user-friendly, efficient system.

Ideation
I arranged the information architecture of the system and created user flows for individual tasks. Then discussed with the stakeholders, Project Manager, and engineering team to find the best solution for the system.
Design solution
Dashboard
Information dashboard that provides real time information about warehouse stocks, staff, and location usages.
Inbound Management
The inbound process is used to document the entry of product stock into the warehouse. The steps involved in the inbound process are as follows: (1) create the inbound list (2) you can edit the inbound list, modify the planned inbound quantity of the product, and cancel the inbound list before the actual inbound process.
Staff Management
This module provides to create/update staffs with the basic information and security details related to access to the system based on their roles.

Takeaways
Working on the Kee Song Warehouse Management System project taught me important concepts about the complexity of creating user-centric solutions for logistics and supply chain management. Overall, this project gave valuable learning opportunities in balancing user needs, technology capabilities, and organizational goals to create a solution that promotes efficiency and user pleasure. These understandings have helped to shape my approach to UI/UX design, particularly in developing systems that are not just functional but also adaptable and user-friendly.
